Guelph is pleased to host a PWSA Skills LTPD Clinic.

U12 Players.

April 16 & 17 2011

Skilled and Experienced Instructors.

All Players are Welcomed. The Cost is $80 for the two days.

Coaches are Welcomed to Join in and Pick up a few Pointers.

The cost is $5 per session ( a maximum of 20 players per clinic date) This helps to cover the cost of the gym rental.

Mouth Guard Clinic will be held April 25th 11 Am to 2 PM at 95 Crimea Street in Guelph, Ontario.

Custom-fitted, easy to speak & breath
Available in several solid colours
Block-out is used to fill spaces left by missing teeth. This means the guard can continue to be worn once the adult tooth has fully erupted
Free carry case with each guard
Re-fitted upon pickup to ensure comfort
Pay by MC, Visa, cash, cheque
2nd guard can be formed using same impression for $25
